Just stumbled across this blog and think it's a fantastic idea. I'm not a poet by any stretch of the imagination, but I do like to pretend I am now and again ;-) Here's a link to my latest...thanks for taking the time to check it out.Bux http://buxby.blogspot.com/2009/10/letting-off-steam.html
Hi, I was told about this page from Bux (above) and thought I'd also add a link to my blog. Hope anyone who reads it, enjoys ithttp://indooruse.blogspot.com/
well, since you asked, here's one!
Well, unfortunately, I can't leave a link to the poem I consider my best. It's been accepted for publication in Feb. 2010's The Dead Mule so I had to take it down until after it's published. But try this one ~ it seemed to be a favorite of my online poetry buddies: http://zouxzoux.wordpress.com/2009/10/01/solar-plexis/
Congrats on having your poem accepted for publication.
I can't make up my mind, so I'll leave two links.#1: Seven poems written for the last Read Write Poem Mini-Challenge, which was to write seven poems about the body in the context of October, whatever that means. http://ravenswingpoetry.com/tag/rwp-mini-challenge/ will lead you to all seven poems, and you can read what you like.Or....you can read the poem I wrote for the recent Read Write Poem Image Prompt, which is here.Or you can do both.Glad to see you back, Sarah.-Nicole
